Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Zombie Honey. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Using the Site

You have to be 18 or have a parent/guardian's permission to buy from us. Don't use this site for anything illegal, and don't mess with the site's security or try to access parts of it you're not supposed to.

Products

We do our best to show accurate photos, descriptions, and pricing, but we're a small shop — occasional errors happen (wrong price listed, item out of stock, etc.). If something's wrong, we'll contact you before charging or shipping anything.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale until we confirm it. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. If your payment doesn't go through or fraud is suspected, we can cancel the order.

Pricing

Prices are listed in [USD] and can change without notice. We're not obligated to honor a price that was clearly a mistake (like a typo).

Shipping & Returns

See our [Shipping Policy] and [Return & Exchange Policy] for details on those.

Intellectual Property

All site content — designs, logos, graphics, product images, and text — belongs to Zombie Honey. Don't copy, reproduce, or use it without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using this site or our products, to the fullest extent the law allows. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
